Cancellation Policy
Magickal Misfit Revolution – Coaching Booking & Cancellation Policy 1. Booking Commitments When you schedule a coaching session with Magickal Misfit Revolution, that time is reserved exclusively for you. Our coaches prepare energetically and professionally for each appointment. For this reason, all sessions are considered a firm commitment at the time of booking. 2. Cancellations • Cancellations must be submitted at least one (1) full week in advance of the scheduled session. • “One week in advance” means no later than the same weekday of the previous week before your appointment. • Cancellations submitted after this timeframe will not be eligible for rescheduling or refund. 3. Rescheduling • You may reschedule within the same calendar week as your original appointment, provided there is available time. • Magickal Misfit Revolution defines its coaching week as Sunday through Saturday. • If a reschedule is not completed within that week, the session and payment are considered forfeited with no refund or credit. 4. Missed or Skipped Sessions • Missed sessions, skipped appointments, or late cancellations are not eligible for refunds, credits, or make-ups. • Coaches do not offer replacement sessions for missed or unattended appointments. • The session fee represents both a time and energy exchange and remains due whether or not the client attends. 5. Emergencies or Exceptions While we understand that unexpected situations can arise, no refunds or credits will be issued for missed appointments. Exceptions are only granted if the session is successfully rescheduled within the same week (Sunday–Saturday) as the original booking. 6. Agreement By booking a session with Magickal Misfit Revolution, you acknowledge and agree to these terms in full. This policy ensures fairness, energetic balance, and respect for the time and commitment of both client and coach.
